• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Certain items (e.g., customized or personal care products) may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes inspection.
• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Replacement exchanged products will be delivered within 5-6 days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you can initiate a return after delivery.
